1. Enter your Owners
   1. Mouse over the Owner tab
   2. Click on Add Owner
   3. Add in first and last name and Company name (optional)
   4. Under Phone tab, add in email address for billing purposes. Add address if you intend to mail invoices
   5. Click ‘Save and New’ to continue adding all Owners
2. Enter your Horses
   1. Add Horses
      1. Mouse over the Horse tab and click Add Horse
      2. If the horse has a registered name, type in the ‘Horse Name’ field and click ‘TJC Verify By Name’
      3. If the horse is Unnamed, choose the Birth Year and type in the Dam’s name in the pedigree chart; click ‘TJC Verify By Dam Name/Year of Birth’
   2. Add Location
      1. Select Location Tab & select a New Location on the right side under New Horse Location
      2. Enter New Location Date to match the day the horse arrived
      3. Scroll to the bottom and click ‘SAVE’
   3. Add Owner
      1. Select Owner Tab & add in your Default Owner Settings
      2. Under Add an Owner, Select an Owner’s name from the dropdown list. Continue to select as many owners as own the horse
      3. Check Owned %, Day Rate, Start Date and if correct, click Save & Add New Horse; if changes are needed, click the ‘pen and paper’ icon under the Action column and then click #2 blue button Modify/End Existing Period, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up, and make the changes before clicking Continue

Once logged in, register your account as a “Trainer” or “Stable Agent” and link to a trainer. You’ll need to be connected to a trainer before requesting track access. Once track access is granted, you can:

• Submit entries (shown below)
• Nominate to stakes
• Submit stall applications
• View the Rundown report - to view number of entries in a potential race

The two methods for retreiving a password are clicking 'Forgot Password' on the login pop-up box or visiting the Forgot Password link.

Customize Default Locations

Select a horse from your roster and select Change Location in the top gray box. Then, select the purple Customize Default Locations button. From here, check the locations you’d like to appear in your default list.

When a horse leaves your care, archiving a horse allows you to maintain access to the data in a read-only format with no monthly charge. Archived horses can be brought back into your stable at any time for a $5 reactivation fee.

How to Archive a Horse

First, change the location to Inactive until all invoicing has been completed for that month. Then, select a horse from your roster and select Edit Horse Info, then check the box labeled ‘Check to archive this horse’.

How to Reactivate a Horse

Click the Select Archived Horse dropdown and choose the horse you wish to reactivate. Click Activate Horse.

Alerts are the perfect tool to set reminders for you or any of other users regarding specific horses or general stable notifications. Both sticky alerts on the homepage and pop-up alerts can be set by admin users.

Find the Alerts Report by: Reports > Alerts Report

Missing Information alerts will be displayed here for horses as well as owners. These notifications automatically appear when information is needed and can be deleted within the Alerts Report section by selecting the X on the right.



 

Creating a Custom Alert
In Alerts Report, click the paper and pencil icon on the right either under Custom Alert or a specific horse. A pop-up will appear to create the alert (see below).

In the pop-up, select a horse, select a date range for alerts, check enable for all admin/assts, select alert behavior, where you want the pop-up to be displayed (only for pop-up), select pop-up or sticky alert, and add an alert message.

Pop-Up and Sticky Alerts will display on the page selected upon set up and will appear with your custom message. These can be closed by the user.

TLore user access can be edited to restrict or allow access to various information. User access will apply to TLore login as well as what information a user sees after scanning a QR code on a stall card.

‘Add’ button in the left navigation > Administrator > + Add New Administrator. In the Administrator pop-up, choose access by selecting the appropriate radio button.

Definitions of User Access Levels

• Full Access: View and edit any information
• Administrator: View and edit, cannot see financial information
• Assistant: View only, no financial access
• Assistant with Document Privileges: View & add documents, no financial access
• Restricted Access: Fully customizable user option. Add a restricted user, then modify the access from User Access Control link in the Administrator page

Race Charts
Race Tab>Race History or Home Screen>Upcoming & Recent Races>Click race number or placing
If the race has a status as ‘ran’, then either the race # or the finish position, found next to the race status, will display the race chart.

TLore recently released Owner’s View, an excellent new feature that enables you to seamlessly share content, updates, and data with your clients. You’re in control of what data is shared (see above screenshot), and the owners can determine which notifications they will receive.

How To Set Up Your Owners:

For Owners Without TLore Credentials:

1. Go to Premier Reports
2. Select "Owner Data Access Control"
3. Click on Create Login and fill in the form completely
4. Turn ON the Allow Owner Access button
5. Provide the owner with the Username and Password you created for them
6. They can now log in to the Web or App (see links below)

1. Provide them with their Owner Access Key
2. Instruct them to log in to TLore on the Web or App, then
3. Open Settings
4. Copy and paste the Access Key into the field: “Enter Your TLore Access Key Here”
5. For Owners with more than one TLore trainer, add in each Owner Access Key provided by your trainer
6. If a trainer sets up the Owner’s TLore account and there is more than one TLore trainer, the Owner can change the password  

Add on a premium PP subscription for trainer and owner access to PPs on all your horses’ upcoming races. Once you have the service, easily find your PPs by selecting a horse from the dropdown “Select Active Horses” or find them listed under the logo as noted below. Additionally, PPs will be available in a convenient URL link to share with owners, assistant trainers, family and friends. Example
